From recruiter to operator — and back again.

Launch Velocity was founded after a career that crossed both sides of the commercial talent equation. Starting in recruitment, then moving into a Strategic Enterprise AE role at a high-growth SaaS company — building pipeline from scratch, opening new territories, and selling into complex enterprise accounts.

That experience made one thing clear: most recruiters are assessing the wrong things. They optimise for presentation, not performance. They match job titles, not operator profiles. They don't know what it actually takes to build revenue in a new market because they've never done it.

Launch Velocity exists to fix that. We bring operator-level judgment to every search — so the companies we work with get commercial hires who can actually deliver, not just interview well.
